Our Practice
This practice is limited to assisting persons in faith-based addiction recovery programs primarily in the State of California and who are in residential recovery at Adult and Teen Challenge programs throughout the state. Our legal team meets with and interviews persons in recovery to determine legal issues resulting from the consequences of unlawful behavior and then develops a plan to address these issues whether it be violations of law, warrants and violations of probation, fines and restitution, financial or other matters that may, if not resolved or unaddressed, negatively affect recovery or post-program graduation success.
Our Team
DAVID VALERIO
David Valerio is currently the Legal Ministry Advisor to Adult and Teen Challenge , presently in Northern California. Mr. Valerio has been conducting pro-bono services for people in need for his entire legal career covering over 30 years. He has experience handling a wide variety of cases including family law, administrative law, immigration, criminal law, social security disability, landlord- tenant matters, personal injury, IRS and FTB tax issues, and debt management. Mr. Valerio graduated from California Baptist University where he was on the Dean’s List and received his law degree from Lincoln Law School. He is licensed to practice in the State Courts of California and the federal courts of the Northern District of California.
JOLIE VALERIO
Jolie Valerio is the wife of the founder of 3R Ministries and has recently began a much-needed support role in the ministry. Jolie participates in 3R activities with the female Teen Challenge Students in discerning the needs of the Students as well as being present at court events where women are the defendants. Her personal and prayer support is felt by the Students and she adds a new dimension to the ministry to female Students, as well as keeping Dave organized.
Jolie has an Associate Degree from Citrus College and a certificate in Legal Secretarial Training from MTI Business College where she graduated at the top of her class.omething interesting about your business here.
